Refund Policy
Cancellation of orders should be made within 48 hours after the receipt of your order confirmation message and before receiving the tracking number of your shipment because once you receive the tracking number, this means the parcel was already delivered to the shipping company and not at our headquarters.
In case you want a refund after receiving the tracking number, you have to wait until your parcel is delivered to your address and then you have to ship it back to our address at your own expense during one week after delivery, and once we receive the package closed and stamped we will proceed with the refund operation during 48 hours and the money will be returned to your same credit card account.
Due to the deductible fees of the payment gateway, the cancellation of any order will be subject to %5 deduction from the total amount of the purchase.
The conditions under which cancellation & replacement will be allowed are:
– The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
– The product is defective.
– The product was damaged in shipping.
– The item was not delivered at the agreed time.
